Board of Trustees

Chinmaya Mission Twin Cities (CMTC) is governed by Board of Trustees. The center has adopted a Constitution and Bylaws.

Chinmaya Mission Twin Cities (CMTC) is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization registered in the state of Minnesota. CMTC is already registered with IRS independently, so all donations given to our center are tax deductible. 

We will be posting the CMTC Constitution and Byelaws very soon and request everybody to be familiar with it.
